Mr. Jean Michel is currently the Air Combat Command’s Community Support Executive Advisor. He serves as the command’s Community Action Information Board (CAIB) Executive Director, he directs the activities of the command installations Community Support Coordinators and oversees and guides the command’s Comprehensive Airman Fitness initiative and related resilience development program. He is also responsible for Airman and Family Readiness issues. Jean is the principal advisor to the ACC Director of Personnel, Manpower and Services and ACC leadership on a wide array of programs and services dealing with Quality of Life issues impacting ACC Airmen and their families and is UPenn certified Master Resiliency Trainer (MRT).
